Every person we care for is an individual. Each has different needs and aspirations. We work with people whose conditions range from very complex to relatively mild, and with those who need constant care through to people who can live independently with just a little support.

So our care pathway is designed to help each individual progress towards greater independence. We aim to provide a smooth, enjoyable transition between intensive support and more independent living.

We target significant increases in independence, as this provides better outcomes for people. Without compromising on quality of support, this tends to produce cost-saving benefits for commissioners.
