Who We Are

ACSL started working in the community delivering care into people’s homes. The company worked in the private care sector for a long time, delivering a very high standard of care with requirements above the norm and ACSL always delivered. The local borough approaches the company to see if they could work in partnership to deliver care, to challenging and complex clients.

The company reviewed this and thought it could deliver with its structure for dealing with managing complex packages. ACSL started to deliver complex packages for the NHS as well as two local boroughs. Building a great reputation and becoming one the preferred providers, picking up any last minute packages at emergency and short notice. It delivered on all packages the local borough had difficulties with, and maintained care benefitting all parties; client, local authority and family. Packages which had moved 7 companies in a year, the company managed and created consistency and still is ongoing after 3 years.

ACSL is a CQC Registered provider Outstanding in Well – Led, the company achieved an overall good rating. It has shown great accomplishment with technological advancements becoming regional finalists for British Care Awards. It has been at the forefront of digital care planning and developing new methods not just concentrating on client accomplishments and governance but also on staff review, monitoring and improvement.
